★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered one bathroom item online and went to the physical store in a warehouse near Paya Lebar to look for a wheelchair. Both experiences were surprisingly good. It seems like they really did a great job hiring. The people were very helpful and responsive and seemed to genuinely care about the customer’s needs and how their products meet them. A rare quality to have these days. I actually wasn’t able to find the wheelchair I needed because the stock was still being delivered from the manufacturer. But I’m still leaving a good review because I had a great experience at the shop. No pushy sales people. Just helpful friendly staff who apologized to me for not having the model I wanted. I’ve been shopping at different stores. This one left the best impression on me.

Had a small technical problem, called the company’s line and the CS was responsive and returned my call after checking with their technician. This is definitely a company you can trust to buy care giving products for your elderly. I strongly recommend everyone to try them!!!

It was my lucky day when I chanced upon the Golden Concepts on Facebook. Thrilled by their lovely collection, I decided to steal a peek at the reviews. Impressed by what I had read, I placed my order and hoped for the best.
I was not disappointed. Kudos to the team for their prompt delivery and quality pre and post-sale customer service. I LOVE my Night Carnations cane for many reasons. It's light, sturdy and definitely a trusty walking aid. It's foldable and can be thrown into the handy pouch when not in use. Most importantly, it's affordable.
Walking aids can sometimes be demoralising. I cannot help but wonder how a cane with such fine aesthetic features will put that added spring in every step of those who need them.
Thank you for making my road to independence memorable with this fashion accessory. Will surely treasure it as a keepsake long after I have 'graduated"! ?

They given me helpful advice and very patience with my tone of questions regarding to my interest on the Wall Foldable Shower Black Seat which I finally bought it.
