Out of 3 pcs of salmon, 2 pcs with bones.
We also order tempura don, the rice is not hot enough, the tempura all are soggy, can tell is not fresh fry!

β β β β β Had a very positive dining experience here. Very cosy dining environment similar to the izakayas I've had experienced in Japan. No complaints about their food. Can't go wrong especially with their oden platter. Last but not least, they serve Sapporo Beer, and the pricing is great. Will definitely return for more!

β β β β β Not a very big place, run by Japanese. The interior design and decorations give off the 'Japanese' vibes. There's even Japanese tv playing. Lots of Japanese customers around, indicating its authenticity.
The menu is quite standard without any gimmicks but the food was absolutely delicious.
Price isnt exactly cheap but not prohibitively expensive in a way that makes you reconsider before ordering the next dish that you feel like trying.
Come with more friends to try out more variety of dishes.

β β β β β I like this place. The food was good and the lady boss and waiter were accomadating and friendly. The atmosphere feels very homely style of dining and the diners were not too noisy. They have a wide selection of dishes and the food was delivered timely. Will definitely return here again.

β β β β β The alcohol beer is value for money. Really good prices! The food was not too bad I found the fish a little too salty. Oden is a must try. Overall its a very humble small place that is really relaxing to be in.

β β β β β Personally I think this branch is better than the the Stanley Street branch. Quality of food is very good and very reasonably priced. And very authentic Japanese izakaya feel complete with Japanese TV show so much so that I started communicating with the staff in Japanese LOL. Large food menu with daily specials, as well as a reasonably large sake ζΈ

selection. If you are a lover of Japanese izakaya culture, this is definitely a place for you!
