β β β β β Tried a 3pcs wings for my first order.. but really dissapointed cause was served with burnt wings.. it taste horrible.. pls dont serve customer with burnt food.. u don't lose a bit serving food with customer satisfaction.. honestly. That was my last order too..

β β β β β Saw some reviews saying that it is a good Western store, thus decided to give it a try and order in dinner for my family. We were pretty disappointed as the chicken was not tender at all, and the sides were pretty mediocre. The cheese sauce was also sour and not well-liked (the same sauce is used for their Mac and Cheese).

β β β β β Ordered chicken chop. Chicken itself was cooked decently but incredibly bland. The brown sauce that goes with the chicken was even more bland and diluted tasting. Fries were decent and freshly fried upon ordering. Wonβt come back again.

β β β β β Run by a father-son team with an occasionally short-tempered macik. Long waiting time during peak hours. Meat has a cheap factory taste. Zero care for hygiene too. I saw owner (middle aged stout man) refilling the mayonnaise bottle, shoving the excess mayo that dropped on his hands back into the bottle, and proceeded to use his own t shirt as a napkin. 2 Stars for a good sized portion. Other than that, they could really improve on the waiting time and hygiene.

β β β β β Ordered chicken chop, coleslaw, onion rings and hashbrown from them. The coleslaw was yummy, onion rings were the generic kind, hashbrown was a little over fried and a bit hard.
However the chicken chop was really tasty and was done very well. Crispy and slightly charred skin, really juicy as well. Will order again. They are also very thoughtful to separate the chicken chop sauce from the chicken chop in another container and also they used a plastic sheet to separate the chicken chop from the sides so the sides will not be a whole mess/turn soggy. Thumbs up!

β β β β β Food is ok but long waiting time and a Malay aunty, which is very rude. She will scream and scold you especially if you use Faves pay (alternative payment gateway) to purchase your item. We come to have a wonderful lunch and not for you to vent your anger at us. Patronise at your caution.
