The hard core selling and pressure selling is worse than before. Please do not go there.

Good at serving teas... service is so-so but they are good at pushing packages to get you to sign

Veey unhappy that i was not informed of the relocation of Tampines branch on 8/6 even when i called n then cancel my appt jus last week. Only told when icall today for appt and was fully booked till relocation. Customers shd be notified asap.

Terrible place. Hard sell even after I got package and very inconsistent pricing. It is very stressful to go for massage or facial there. Every session got the consultant and the therapist who will persuade you to upgrade or try this and that for so much. Even when you say no, will continue. So stressful to lie there and listen to 2 women talk and talk. I don't like going there and will NOT recommend anyone.

(Do note that they have re branded themselves as Multiflora) 541 Orchard Road, Liat Towers #18-03/04 I agree with Katherine Choo. The last time I went was with my brother, because I wanna finish up with my package. During the treatment, after facial cleansing, a consultant will come into the room and try to up sell additional treatment etc. So whatever she recommend, I just ask her to do the same to my brother and to knockoff with my existing package. After we are done, we are seated in a room, and the consultant tries to sell me package again because I left 1 last session with them. I just told them straight in the face that I am not going to go back anymore and we left.

I did my facial there just because my previous office was quite near. Good thing: 1. Ambience is good. You will be having facial in a separate room. The renovation is better than other facial places I went. Bad thing: 1. So far the effects are not obvious. I don't see any significant improvement to my skin. Immediately after the facial, the skin looks better. But after one or two days, no effect. By the way, the package I signed there was not cheap. 2. Hard selling as mentioned in other reviews. I found it was extremely irritating that after I signed a new package, two or three sessions later, another consultant recommended me a new treatment, and asked me to top up to switch. The hard selling becomes worse recently. For me, after I finish my current package, I will stop using them.
