Consultant has always been transparent and honest with all her customers, regular and new. She has their best interest at heart and she wants all her customers' skin to shine from within. Her products and services are priced accordingly because she believes in customisation for each individual customer meeting their skin's needs at the point of treatment. There are a handful of treatments that our skin would require for results. Depending on only one treatment would not achieve your desire results because your skin would need more than just that one treatment. She recommends to use her products for better and more efficient results. Although we are allowed to use our current skincare product we own at home, we would be risking the effects and health of our skin. If our facial products at home are not compatible to what is used for the treatment, our skin could get worst. I have had such experiences before. Some home treatments I found on the internet made my skin worst than before. I've learnt the hard way that Beauti Instinct facial treatments require specific home care to achieve optimum results, else we will have to be responsible for the result of your skin if use incompatible products available at home. It is natural for the skin to binge and purge after treatments. But fret not, after all the binging and purging, the skin renews and the cells regenerates. My skin needed to experience the downtime for a period of time. And yes, I continue going to work and on dates with my boyfriend with purging skin it was not a pretty sight. But after all the purging and consistent home treatments, my skin improved and my acne-prone skin has reduced. My skin do experience its time with acne occasionally because of natural female hormones but it never broke out in itchy, reddish batches anymore. I am very thankful to have found Beauti Instinct and I am amazed at the results. It may have taken some time for the skin to get used to the new routine but in time, effort and trust, my skin has renewed and now continues to glow after each visit. Her promotion deals are the best time to try and give a sense & feel of the treatments for your skin. Thank you Rita for all these years of dedication and passion to help heal my skin. I had a wonderful 6 years with you and I look forward to many more.

Never in all my life i have met with such an unprofessional unethical person. 1. Before the meetup Rita is very gung ho and convincing in her texts and calls. 2. My first session is suppose to be the trial and skin analysis. But turns out she was focused on whipping out her notebook of appointment to pressure me into signing a package. No skin analysis nothing. Just her looking at me in her dim lighting in her shop. Huh? Why would i sign up for a package when i have not even undergone a skin analysis or even a trial that i was under the impression i was suppose to undergo? (mind you I had already paid 500 $ prior for the online package via an instagram influencer recommendation) 3. When i politely asserted, she then said oh ur skin looks red and inflamed i cant do anything on it now. I need a doctor to clearly write a note to show i can do facial on ur skin. What a joke really. I went to a professional skin doctor the very next day and my doctor refuted and laughed at Rita's claim. 4. She then said oh i need to come only after my period and near to my payday so that i can sign up the package. Heres the thing tho, why will i sign up for additional package when i have not even undergone a single trial??! 5. the worst part. She was threatening, loud rude and raised her voice at me several times.she even slammed her notebook to show her aggression. Because i was being polite all the way and assertive. I was not a pushover. 6. Also she claims her earliest appointment is only in 2months. Im like what in the fresh hell is this? U can make time to see new clients for consultation but for an actual facial its a 2months wait? 6. I left the store with her basically chasing me out and traumatised and stressed. 7. One very important thing, never ever sign any document she gives u. Read the fine print. Im glad i didnt, because i was able to get back my $500. If you sign it, you can say goodbye to your money because they function like crooks and will deduct your money. 8. She told me to come for treatment and 5mins before I reached. I was travelling from west. 5mins. Its literally one more stop to Orchard before I reached she called me to cancel and said she will refund me instead. I said i had taken leave and travelled and now u inform me? She raised her voice talked over me and hung up on me. And threatened, do u want back your money or not? If you do come back another time . At this point i know, talking to people like Rita is futile. Karma would do its work. She really put me through immense stress. This business is runned by unethical business practices. Above all by a woman who is rude unkind and greedy. Unless ur an influencer dont expect much of from this company. Byt the way one of the influencer who backs her up is actually her family member. There are also many fake 'good reviews' dont be fooled. Think wisely before signing up for the package. This is MLM at the very finest. Do your research before trusting any online recommendations.

Rita hands are magical! She's gives the best facial massage and will recommend you treatment based on your skin requirements. I have gone for 3 facial sessions and my skin is noticeably more radiant than before! Worth giving it a shot if you have the money! Better than buying skincares and going for cheapo facial places which destroy and scar the face even more!

Got to know Beautiinistict through IG and I bought the silk peel treatment while it was on promotion. During my 1st consultation, Rita explained that it would not be suitable for my skin condition thn as I had some deeply settled cystic acne and the process would be very painful as she would have to use a diamond head applicator to cleanse & polish dead skin cells, which I understand. Instead, she recommended some packages which would be more ideal for me as it allows her to customize suitable treatments at each session. I've been with Rita for over a year now and have seen significant improvement in my skin with the Clean & Clear treatments to control sebum regulation, and Silk peel treatment only after she'd successfully treated the cystic acne. It would be best to head down for a consultation first before purchasing any specific treatment package so that Rita can access your skin's suitability:)

I will be giving my honest review about Beauti Instinct. This place was made known to be by 2 influencers but no they will not be influencing my review as my skin is different to them and I paid with my own $$ for my treatments. I came to her for acne/scarring issues on my face and purchased the silk peel package. First visit: It was a consultation, Rita asked where does my interest lies? As in just to try the silk peel package only or want to make my skin better. Rita doesn’t hard sell at all, it’s up to you to trust my review. I told her about my budget, skin journey, skin care, precious experience and I just want to do a trial, she explain everything so clearly and her vast knowledge on skin is impressive. We did not do any treatment as our consultation was quite long haha Second visit: She ask few questions which I personally think it’s good so we can avoid things that will give me reaction. I found out that my skin was dry and not oily, thankfully Rita checked so we can avoid the clean & clear treatment. We did silk peel and hydrating treatment afterwards to give back moisture. After the whole session, I’m amazed at the glow the treatment provided, the gunk that was from my skin was icky. I feel so much better, the massage technique Rita uses really make my facial muscles relax. She gave me advice on how to take care of my skin after, show me products but mind you that if I say no, she won’t force me. I accept her advice and suggestions and purchase the products. I mean what’s the point of clearing up your skin if you’re not going take care of it afterwards? You know Rita really cares for your skin like it’s her skin! This place will def be recommended by me. Thank you Rita and I’m excited for my journey.

Rita is someone who takes her work very seriously and does all her facial treatments with loads of pride and gives it her very best at every session. She is also really dedicated and highly knowledgeable at what she does and it shows. Rita genuinely wants every of her client to walk out of her place with a skin better than they walked in with. She is definitely a veteran in her field! Before each session, she would assess my skin before recommending treatments which are best suited for my skin on that particular day. These would be done prior to beginning the facial session. It's been a week since i've last done my session with Rita and my skin is still glowing! One thing is for sure, with Rita, you get a glow which lasts for days; which is hard to achieve with other facial parlours!

Rita is a very knowledgeable, ask her anything she will give u an advise. My first time taking a package for facial and i have no regrets on it. My skin improves tremendously i super love it!!!!! Her hand is magic, i swear! I LOVE IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

Consultation was very detailed and informative. Rita spent her time understanding my concern and skin history. She even goes into the details of which month of the year I visited the doctor for sensitive skin, facial salon, what treatments I did and how my skin reacted. During my 1st treatment, she carefully customized the treatment to what is suitable for my skin. After the treatment, I was surprised that my face had zero redness and was glowing! The glow which I’ve never experienced before. Regret that i only get to know and visited Beauti Instinct this year. It was the best decision made so far.
