★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time calling Rapid Valet and both times good experience. Fast reply via WhatsApp and the assigned driver is solid - polite and good driver (manual car), obeys speed limit and smooth drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am not sure if the driver was inexperienced but my trip was a total mess.
1. Operator told me less than 30 mins. Driver arrived 40ish mins.
2. Driver drove without headlights. I laid back on my seat, opened my eyes about 10 mins into the journey and noticed headlights were not turned on.
p.s. I was in a very basic vios, nothing complicated about the controls.
3. Driver was speeding. Nothing ridiculous but about 110-120 on highway.
4. Little to no signalling when changing lanes.
5. Tried to shortchange me at end of ride. The driver gave me $3 short change after I paid. Was about to walk away when I asked for the $3. Then it was given. Could have been an error but really didn’t feel like it.
6. Totally unfamiliar with roads. Stopped in turning lane when marking’s were clear. Had to prompt driver to change lane.
All in all a rather bad experience.
