โ โ โ โ โ PR officer Joey was unprofessional and very pushy. She was only interested in taking photo to get a good review from us even before our HIP works commenced (HIP upgrading works at Tampines) which we rejected.
We gave a good review on the feedback form based on the works which the workers had done for us (especially Alamin who did a meticulous job for us without being asked to).
The review which we completed was not meant for the PR officer and Supervisor San who both sing the same tune while communicating with us.
Joey also requested for us to write a letter of compliment for them which we rejected.
Dates for work commencement were not communicated clearly and Joey pushed the blame to us.
She also kept repeating that they are doing the works due to goodwill which is absurd because both our toilet ceilings were cracked due to the HIP toilet upgrading works of our neighbour upstairs.
We suffered many days of inconvenience (applying for 4 days leave to be around at home for their works, having to clean our house every night, not being able to use one of our toilets, etc).
We hope that the management of Raymond Construction can contact us upon reading our review.
