Sent someone over at 4pm as agreed and fixed the problem (switched out a fried twin socket) in less than 10 minutes. Fuss-free and quick! Would use their services again. Thank you!

Thank you Mr.PK and his team. I texted Mr.PK in the morning and he responded quickly. Mostly importantly, he manage to fix my lighting on the same day. Great after sales service. Mr.PK follow up with me if everything is okay. I told him, one of the bulb flicker he quickly get his team to check on the next day to get it fixed. Pricing is transparent and reasonable. Our first time using a handyman for small repairs. We had a toilet led light fail even after we changed the driver. Communication with ISO was easy esp for busy people like us - used the website contact form and thereafter moved to Whatsapp - took photos and videos of the affected area to get a reasonable quote. He also noticed our ceiling was bubbly and damaged due to an old (and fixed) leak and suggested that they can also help to repair the ceiling and paint it before installing a new light. Even offered to come down on the day itself (though because it was already 3pm I asked for it to be the next day instead - I requested for them to be early so they can finish before 2pm because we needed to be out of the house by then). Next day they had some delay in arriving (was supposed to be 9) but was responsive over Whatsapp that the delay was to pick up materials. Work started around 10 with two workers, very polite and great workers, who finished the job very well and left by 1.30pm! Payment is available by cash, bank transfer, cheque and even PayNow, which is very convenient, so I used PayNow. Will be using them again to help fix other problem areas! Definitely recommended!

Had a minor lighting issue. ISOTeam responded within half a day and arranged an appointment for the following day. They also provided an estimate of the bill. They arrived on time and fixed the issue within minutes. Will be using them in future!

I googled for a handyman service and found this company. I called them and they were helpful and asked me to wats app pictures of the areas that needed to be fixed. Within 30 mins, I had a quote. What was more impressive is that they could turn up that very day! 2 men turned up and they were polite. Spoke English well. When drilling on the wall, they even covered my bed with clean plastic wraps. Overall, I am extremely satisfied!

We would like to thank PK and his team for their excellent work on waterproofing for our house. Previously, the interior of the house suffered from water seepage before we commenced our renovation work. The situation got so much better after applying waterproofing and the rain water drained much smoother now. Kudos to the team and we loved the way it is now.
