★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time dropping by the store, was disappointed by the service. Reached 5+ and the shop assistant, a tall indian dude, showed obvious annoyance when attending and ignored my questions. Its quite obvious he wants us to leave so that he can get off work. Very lousy experience and def will not be buying from there.
From the other reviews i read, it seems obvious that customer service is not a priority in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice range of less commercial brands, particularly Xero. Appreciate the assistance from the lady.
However, the experience would have been better if the counter staff would have paid more attention to the physical customer than his mobile phone. I understand this is the digital age and you have online orders to sort out, but when there are actual humans in the store, do treat them with basic tact and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time dropping into the RDRC store today after receiving a warm recommendation from a friend in the running community.
I came in mainly to take a look and check out their range of Tailwind products on offer. I was pleasantly surprised at the range of products on sale, Ultra gear, clothing selection and knowledge and friendliness of the staff within the store.
I left with a lot more than just the Tailwind items and will be back in the future for more!
The email receipt was a nice touch and payment process handled swiftly and easily with the female member of staff who served me (i didn't get her name unfortunately).
