β β β β β I dropped by today at 4pm (they 're closing at 5pm) and had my ring fixed with missing diamond for a very good price with cleaning included in less than 10 minutes. Fast service and very nice uncle. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Very satisfied with the service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. I had come in on a couple occasions. The first was to look into sizing down my wedding ring by half a size. After some discussion and looking at the ring, they suggested I actually don't do anything to it. This goes to show they care not about business, but focus more on the customer!
The second occasion I went in asking to add a clasp to my chain. The current clasp made it difficult for removal. Together we walked over to Boon Onn Jewelers in the same building to look at a few options of clasps. We found the right one in Platinum (which would match my chain). He even suggested the option of plating a yellow gold one in rhodium to match the color if necessary. We then went back and after half an hour he had soldered the new clasp on and reshaped the chain for me and pretty sure had also polished it as well (it looked much shinier after). All this for a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them enough and will keep them in mind for any future jewelery needs!

β β β β β After reading reviews for Refulgent Jewellery Trading I decided to try them because the necklace where I bought it would not be able to repair my broken necklace till after Chinese New Year. Repaired it and took just over 30 minutes at a cost of Β£20.
Great service great value great people.

β β β β β Father and son, both super nice and polite. They fixed the clasp in my gold bracelet in 15β and for $10. All other stores said they could not do it. They even fixed it in a way to make sure it would not brake again. Thank you for your services. Highly recommend.

β β β β β Went here to adjust my 14k curb bracelet to make it smaller and the uncle was done within less than 20 mins, and the size was a perfect fit for my wrist. All for $20 while I was quoted $90+ at other places. Highly recommend this shop, would come back again when I gain weight and need to make my bracelet bigger again!
