โ โ โ โ โ Older condo so you cannot expect everything to be in a perfect condition, but the sunbeds are really old and dirty ? good place for families with small children tho

โ โ โ โ โ Regent grove is a nice place, I lived at this condo more than 2years, but the staff really no manners. SHE is the one sit in front the counter, hers customer service very bad ! Donโt have any smiling face, attitude very bad ! Hope she can improve hers manners, and respect tenants. Previous staff nicer than her !

โ โ โ โ โ A small but well-maintained condo right opposite the Yew Tee MRT station with lots of convenience shopping located a stone's throw away. Thumbs up for the swimming pool and spa pool. Children's playground can be improved. Function room is too small.

โ โ โ โ โ Regent Grove is like walking into a holiday resort. It is well managed. It is just opposite Yew Tee Mrt. Food galore. 2 ntucs, several food courts. 1 wet market. So near to the turf club. 1stop to Kranji Mrt then just change to a bus and you r on your way to Johore Bahru. Eat and shop.

โ โ โ โ โ Regent Grove at Choa Chu Kang North 7 is approximately 5 minutes walk to Yew Tee MRT Station. The condo is one of the most affordable condo sought after by HDB Flat Upgrader. Although Regent Grove was already 21 years old but the overall condition of the development are relatively very well maintained. Give a thumb up to the managing agent for the good job done....!!!
