★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident here. This condo has been around for nearly 10 years and it's still kept in tiptop condition! The management is great plus it is really convenient as it it within walking distance to the MRT and Lot 1 next door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses are built quite big and also a very big and spacious condo filed with a lots of things to be done here. It also has a big swimming pool, 1 jacuzzi and a baby pool. Very quiet and peaceful during the evenings when you take a stroll down .

The toilets stings! Shower heads are stuck with dirt, glass partition are not clean. Poorly ventilated. Congested, no room for a second person to get in.
Fountain at the gate with excessive chlorine smell.
Don't just go thru the motion, do the jobs with a heart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo with all facilities. But lately the maintenance is very poor. Few of the landscaping lights are not working and the water features are out of maintenance.
