Highly recommend Rehab Mart, Edward & his team! Delivery was on schedule, responsible & with integrity. Rehab Mart was not in my original list in my search for stairlift for my elderly parents. Friend had given me name of another company. But due to this company’s poor response & not being able to confirm delivery even for Apr 2022 when my interest was in early Oct 2021 & time between confirmation of order & installation usually takes 6 week, I came across Rehab Mart in my google search for alternative suppliers of stairlift. I am thankful that that was the 1st company that I contacted in my search, as based on their quick response to my enquiry by having Edward contact me & his professionalism, I did not look further. Very happy with both service and product! Edward & his team were professional, organized, & did an excellent job installing Stairlift. Actual installation took about 5 hours or less, with minimal dust & noise. Edward was very responsive, prompt, helpful, & efficient. Importantly, he understands elderly’s emotional & physical needs, is knowledgeable, very clear in his explanation with safety as priority, & patient. My confirmation of order came in after the cut-off date for delivery before Christmas. It should have been in Jan 2022. Understanding the urgency (parents 90 & 88 years), he went the extra mile to check with manufacturer and confirmed delivery before Christmas. Installation was on 23 Dec 2021 ! Responsive after sale/installation! Most important is service after sale/installation & not at time of sale. Edward has been responsive and prompt in addressing any problems associated with operating the stairlift including coming to home within an hour.

A big thank to Mr Edward. He is professional, knowledgable with the product(stairlift) and patient in answering my queries. He is responsive to my calls and helpful. We are very happy with our decision of having the stairlift installed. The work was done well. To our amazed, the installation was done as scheduled and completed within the day with no problem at all. ? Btw, we had contacted & made enquiries to some stairlift companies before we finally decided with Edward from Rehab Mart to hv it done. It was installed 2 weeks ago and we hv been using it since then. We are very happy with it. Great help.

Excellent service by Edward and his team. The delivery and installation was completed as promised, in fact a few days earlier than originally scheduled. The work was professionally carried out, efficient and very clean. The Chairlift works very well. Highly recommended.

We had a chair lift installed just. The search for a suitable supplier was frustrating because most companies were not responsive and the lead time needed was really too long (months?) given the manpower crunch and the their jobs on hand. Edward responded quickly and promised 6-8 weeks. He got our chair lift installed on schedule (which I believe that surprised a couple of his competitors too).

Order Stairlift for my grandma, Edward offers to loan us the Stair Climber before the stairlift is installed. Very kind of him. We took up the offer and Edward and Edwin came down to train us for 2hrs. They are very experienced in the product and handling with elderly. They know how to let elderly feel more at ease and my grandma feel very safe with the stair climber operated by Edward. At first, we are not very sure how safe is the stair climber. Throughout the training, we are taught of the safety mechanism and the correct posture. We also try the whole experience of using and sitting the stair climber, we feel very safe in the whole process and not much strength is needed. As advised by them, we practice on the turning of the stairs a few more times by ourselves cos it is a tight corner turn in order to bring my grandma up and down comfortably. We are amaze by how safe the stair climber is as there are no worries of falling as long as we take note of some safety precautions. They also give more advise for the safety of my grandma in our areas. They are sincere in helping elderly to prevent falls. Very good service and product.

Edward and team are very earnest in making sure we understand the different products before making a fully informed decision. Good advice given. Service is very efficient and seamless. Quality of product looks good when installed. Looks sturdy and smart Punctual for installation and functions well explained. Also prompt in attending to issues. Even after installation, Edward remains always contactable to deal with questions, always patient and clear with his explanations. Had an issue with the charger after several months and when contacted, Edward sent his team over immediately the next day to check. His team member who came was also very technically knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue quickly and explained with clarity the reason for the issue. Even before they came to see if the issue is serious or not, Edward had informed that out of goodwill, they will waive the service charges for the visit. This is really customer service, caring for the customer more than just trying to get in the revenue. Product works very well for my mum too. As an elderly, she is normally hesitant when trying out new electronic products. But she is so happy with the chair lift and uses it confidently on her own. She's so happy when we call it mum's taxi service ?. Good quality and suitable product. Great customer service and importantly too, great after sales service. ?

The stairclimber PT-S 130 is an essential device for homes with staircase. It can double up as a wheelchair. Best part, it is able to be detached into 2 parts, placed into a car, and use it at a different premises with stairs. I have bought 2 units for my parents and in-laws. It is worth every cent when you see that your loved ones’ mobility is no longer hindered. Contact Edward and he will give you and your loved ones a solution without regrets.

I ordered the chair lift from Rehab mart as Edward has been very responsive and helpful every step of the way. He was always available to answer any question I had and provides very prompt service (contactable 7 days a week) ! I’m also extremely thankful that he loaned us a stair climber while we were waiting for the parts to arrive. He also came down to train us to use the stair climber. Excellent service !!
