My go-to source for everything pertaining to elderly and disabled mobility. Chow's speed of response, deep knowledge about elderly mobility and care, passion for solutioning have made him my go-to and first source for mobility aids/advice I need for my elderly parents. I engaged Chow's team and services on: 1. Transportation for my wheelchair-bound dad from community hospital to his NKF dialysis centre. My dad likes Chow and Nicholas very much - always telling me how nice and friendly they are. Dialysis can be very dreadful - it really helps to have jovial company on the way! 2. Advice on wheelchairs and transfer boards/belts. Bought a wheelchair from them as it helps me to transfer my dad easily. I never knew there is so much science and knowledge to wheelchairs. 3. Consultation on how to transform my parents' place to optimise accessibility. Because Chow came as an expert, it was easier to convince my mum to discard things that they used to hoard. There is so much more to elderly mobility and care that it's hard to read and comprehend on our own. While I appreciate the competency of Singapore's medical services, I always felt that is a big gap in the post-hospitalisation transition / caregiving training (maybe it's just me and my ignorance lol). Nobody has come close to Chow and team to fulfill this gap. Keep it up!

Very fast respond. Texted them through Carousell at about 10pm or so, and they responded immediately, and even reply to many questions up till almost midnight. The next day at 9am, they arrived at my place to fix the grab bar for my parents toilet. Chow came with other 2. They did it quite fast and didn't make a mess at all at the area. He even clean the toilet after job done ?? Very happy and satisfied with their service. Even total charges is affordable and considered cheaper compared to other places that I've enquired.

Very helpful bunch of guys, they delivered the hospital bed within a few hours notice b4 mum was discharged from hospital. They even talk me out of things I don’t really need and recommended what I needed. The after sale service is also 2nd to none. Attended to our small little warranty claim on the same day. I highly recommend this group of guys. They understand the people who are trying to care for their love ones. Trust me, u won’t be disappointed if u give this guys your business..

I first reached out to Medical Assistance 4 U to inquire about their packaged deal for family outings for my loved one, who is wheelchair bound. Chow is prompt and polite in his response, and thoughtful in answering all my concerns about wheelchair types, the care needs that my loved one has. When I needed an A&E trip for my loved one during a Sat night, he responded with compassion and understanding to my family’s stress and anxiety. Wait time was quick within 30 mins and service provided to my loved one is kind. Pricing is also much more reasonable than calling for an ambulance, plus more than 2 caregivers can accompany. Am happy and grateful for his service and will contact again for future medical transport needs!
