Tempatnya agak susah dicari..di ujung kanan lantai 3..tapi isinya cukup lengkap. Meskipun barang yg dicari, kebetulan tidak ada
The place is a bit hard to find ... at the right end of the 3rd floor ... but the contents are quite complete. Although the item you are looking for, it doesn't happen

Get down from China Town MRT and take exit D then you have to climb down five stairs and you are right next to the mall entrance. Take the escalator or elevator to the third floor.

First of all, no one answers this number. And second of all, when I tried to arrange a pick-up of a bed we rented, they keep asking me to just call another number over and over. When I finally got through this number the person answering the number said she's busy and HUNG UP. Seriously, if it wasn't because of returning the bed, I would just go to pharmex or rainbow care.

Beware, shop at own risk! Walked in to the Paya Lebar branch with my parents today and had to deal with a very rude and entitled staff named Anna. Was looking for a ankle brace/AFO replacement for my dad since the one issued by the hospital was broken. Asked Anna for recommendations on whether they sold a similar plastic brace like the one my dad had on, or maybe something of a sturdier quality and she said β€œI cannot advise you, I don’t know. Do your research online.” She wasn’t interested in helping us although we were the only customers in the shop and we waited for her to get off a phone call. Her attitude is extremely appalling to the point where I asked her what is she here for? She told me she’s a salesperson and she cannot memorize all the products so she cannot advise. No one expects her to remember all the products by heart but I was asking specifically about the AFO, Yet she had the cheek to tell me she doesn’t know and her job is just to sell when people buy. I’m genuinely confused…? The entire time, she was being extremely difficult by cutting me off when I tried to explain what we were here for and it reached a point where she didn’t bother to serve us anymore. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager, I was shocked that someone of such β€œcaliber and standard” can be appointed as store manager. Not sure if she was lying, (I hope she was cos I cannot imagine her leading any other staff and thinking that this is usual service standards) but I don’t think she is cut out to be service staff. People visit your shop to get medical supplies and devices for a reason, we aren’t there to leisure shop. The least you can do is to have a bit of empathy, knowing that I brought my dad all the way here to get a brace replacement because the original broke. Shame on you, Anna, and you said that you treated every customer like this. Really shame on you, and you don’t deserve to be in the service industry, especially not in THIS industry of serving people with medical needs. I hope that Rehab Mart reviews the people fronting and carrying the brand periodically to ensure that unsuitable candidates like this don’t make the cut. Would put 0 star if I could!
