Meals provided appeals to my more traditional tastebuds and stays fresh with their varieties. Delivery on time, no complaints!

I recently had an operation regarding my torn knee ligament and couldn't walk properly for a few weeks. The timely food delivered to my doorstep from Rejuven made the ordeal much more tolerable! I felt warm and comforted when I ate their modern take on herbal foods.

New customer. Saw the promo trial and enquire. Told me promo is not avail but stil on web due to internal issue and will be removed. When enquire abt 7 days trial via watapp keep telling me to refer to link. I went in link and there is nothing! And they repeat to ask me check link again, end up there is a catch, need to order lunch and dinner for 7 days trial. Scam! Nothing mention up front. Don’t honor the post. Yes and sure! Later after we order the cod fish which come with it will become other fish due to management issue like what was explained. How to trust u! Read on some reviews, real customer also receiving food that was replaced! Omg!

Food is good (Better than Tingkat). Varieties of food. Good for post surgery

Very nice and big portion meal for one. Ordered the wellness and nourishing dinner! Taste just nice not salty or sweet. Very natural taste. Seems like no seasoning added all from food taste. Highly recommended! Emily Tan Goh

Purchased 2 weeks in Oct 2018 for my father after major surgery, the servings were generous and in accordance to the menu. Purchased 1 week for myself in Sep 2021, the experience is much different than before. The positives first: + Delivery is always around the same time so you can plan around lunch and dinner + The cooking is decent 70% of the time although somewhat salty Negatives: - Not in accordance to menu, yes granted there is a clause that some items may be substituted, however the entire meal became imbalanced in terms of heaty/cooling food items. The menu online for the week shows rotation of tea and balanced heatiness/cooling for each meal, however: - Received tons and tons and tons of red dates. The seeds were removed but after the first meal it was already intolerable. Over a period of 7 days and 14 meals (5 dishes each including rice), there were 27 dishes cooked with red dates. Probably more, but I gave up and stopped counting halfway through the week. - Drinks almost always contained longan + red date, and desserts on the same day could also be longan + red date + white fungus. - Received a looooooooooot of broccoli. You would see a minimum of 2 dishes a day with broccoli, also not in accordance to the menu. Some of it was terribly bland. Cauliflower made several appearances as well. - A lot of items were replaced from the menu with red dates/broccoli. e.g. pineapple, aloe vera, lemon, bittergourd. - Feedback about excessive red dates were given but I would still see at least 8 in my drink, another 8-10 in the meal, and then another 5-6 in the dessert. In a single meal. - Some explanation was given about red dates not being heaty and good for the system, but I checked with my own TCM physician and it was determined that I could only take maximum 1-2 red dates a day. - Problem was totally not rectified and after the 3rd day I gave up and just threw away the items that I could not eat. A lot of food wastage. From now on I would avoid any catering brand by this same caterer to avoid the above grievances.

Ordered lunch and dinner menu for post surgery meal for 28 days. Was disappointed that the meat was super hard and tough. Even the Broccoli was hard. Totally not a meal not for any patient. Feedback and even sent videos of the meals to the management and they told me no other people have complaints about the foods so its only my issue so they are not able to compensate. Their meal is not cheap. Cost around $35 a meal and most meals with meat is not able to eat. In the end i was given an option to refund or change to chicken. As I'm not able take any chicken so only left the option to refund. Worst is the refund of the balance meals, they charge me $42 a meal for the meals that i have consumed.so end up my bal 15 meals only refund me $138. They even charge me termination fee. I called in to appeal but they used company policy and initial invoice to state that it's all in the T&C. Please order at your own risk. Super duper bad experience with this company! Saw alot of bad reviews and regret not looking at the reviews earlier.

Opted for the Herbal Essence for Cancer Patients set. Food was very oily and sweet. The chicken soup comes with a thick layer of oil and meat came with skin. I don't think it's suitable for cancer patients at all. Stir fried vegetables taste sweet and some daily nutritional tea is also extremely sweet. All their meals are served in plastic containers, which personally I felt that it's not appropriate for cancer patients. Boiling hot dishes would dissolve some plastics particles harmful for consuming. Again, paid hundred over dollars for it which is not even meant for cancer patient. Patient not even wanting to consume the food after few days. Ended up changing delivery address to my place and experience it for myself. Avoid at all cost. Management might need to constantly review your food/menu and ensuring all cooks/staffs are competent in the nutrition/wellness trade.
