First of all, two of the staff that I have spoken to, were quite unprofessional. I will not name them. The junior HR that contacted me spoke terrible English.
Then the junior HR told me, "My manager will only call you when he is free. He likes to call people when he is free." I was a bit annoyed by that as even top private banks' Executive Directors will arrange a proper session with you if they want to speak with you. the HR manager was "yaya" because he is one of the listed directors. But he is really not that senior.
He also didn't have good understanding of the field that I am in. The follow up was also terribly done.
