β β β β β Dont even deserve a star. Had a few stains on my winterjacket and sent it for a wash. Asked the employee that was working that day if he was confident that they could remove the stains and he said yes. With all trust i made the payment (you have to do so first), and went home happily.
On the day of collection, I saw the stains were still visibly noticeable. Asked the employee, this time round a lady, if they had even sent it for a wash. The lady demanded for another payment for them to wash it again. Who on the right mind will be so silly to get cheated again???

β β β β β I had a bad experience with Renee Laundry.
Sent my jacket for dry cleaning on 12 Dec and the arrangement would be to deliver the jacket to my place within 4-5 days.
Didn't receive my jacket after 5 days and called several times on 15 Dec and 17 Dec to enquire the status..
Was told the jacket was in the delivery uncle's van and would be sent to me soon.
Waited for more than 2 weeks. On 28 Dec, I called up again and I was told it has been sent to me through my daughter who wore glasses (untrue as she doesn't wear one) on 17 Dec!
I was appalled and insisted that it has been delivered to the wrong address! The lady from the shop insisted that the uncle has sent the jacket to me!
Finally they called up and said the uncle had sent the jacket to the wrong address!
There was no word of apology throughout the whole incident.
