★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the VW Golf and Polo. Do avoid them if you are sensitive to cigarette smell. I’ve never come across rental cars that stink so much.
The staff are okay when it comes to handling the routine administration, but I guess the upkeeping of cars and a word of caution (on the strong smell) for customers would be appreciated.
