I had a surprising experience whereby i couldn't get back my deposit due to their stated sales agreement. The sales agent are very kind but still, i will suggest those who are interested in the cars over there, best is to state everything black and white, and read their t&c thoroughly(front & back). Do not decide and sign just base on what they have said. It can be said differently from the stated agreement paper, but end of the day, it will be based on what you have signed. For those who are new to this like me, i suggest you to go through sg car forum to read from other experience before deciding to get one. All the best for everyone.

I don’t reccomend buying a car from Hamilton Auto Hub. Here is my encounter. Bought a COE car in March 2019. Several issues; - The main one is the loan amount. Agreed pricing $30,000 (signed on sale agreement form). Full loan approved and price changed to $31,800. I had to check with the loan company and Hamilton did not bother to inform me of the loan amount change. Seek clarification from salesman and he informed $31,800 is due to full loan. They will always loan higher. If that is the case then they should return me the $1800 since agreed pricing was $30,000. Buying price $30,000 means $30,000 loan. My first time encountering something like this. -Bought a Honda so brought to Kah motor. Several issues with the car. I am fine with wear and tear issues since 10 year old car. We also know how to be reasonable in our demands. But Hamilton sold a car not worthy of being on the road. Some issues I felt that they should have rectified; -Wheel bearing busted, driving time so noisy -Fan motor not working at all - Aircon not cold - Tyre thread showing (unsafe to drive) Others wear and tear no need to say i also know old car. But minimally at least give a car safe to drive on the road. 1st time whatsapp sales person informed he overseas 2nd time whatsapp sales person informed to contact him weekday to rectify 3rd time no sound no picture. Missing person ready. There is a reason they switched off their reviews at facebook. Trying to create an awareness for inexperience buyers buying a car. They will exploit you especially buying a 2nd hand car. Be careful of hidden charges and loan application.

Hamilton Autohub is the most shady and unethical car dealer I have dealt with. I was supposed to purchase a car with them in July 2019 and placed a deposit of 1000 SGD with them which I was guaranteed would be returned if both seller and buyer would be unable to come to an agreement. I sent the intended purchase to my own workshop for a check and informed the seller that I'm waiting for a reasonable price for my current car before I can confirm the deal. I was delayed by a day or two due to a passing in the family and to my utter disbelief, the car was listed as sold in SG carmart without me being emailed, called or informed in any manner. Have been chasing them ever since for my refund but all full of excuses , staff turnovers and not answering the phone. The shady Sales Guy whom I dealt with named Darren has left the company already... Have waiting too long for them to process a cheque or even have the decency to advice me of the situation... The fact that they don't allow reviews on their facebook page says everything.... Car Buyers Beware !!!! Time to file a claim against them....

My wife and I was served by Hamilton Car staff called Kelvin. We whatsapp them on Sunday, and they replied on the same day and see if we can come for viewing. We trade-in our car with good value, and also got a very good price for our new car as compared to others on Sgcarmart. We sent to our friend's workshop to check on the car, and its all good. Understand that their business model is catered for continental cars, I would strongly recommend Hamilton Car to everyone, which prices are very transparent on Sgcarmart, and the staff will be very helpful in assisting you on your budget requirement. Aftersales service is also good from Kelvin. A big thanks to Hamilton!

Beware of the company!!! Absolutely regret dealing with Hamilton. After my husband posted a negative review three weeks ago, we were horrified to receive multiple PMs from others who face the same issue. The positive reviews I see here are highly questionable. Always using the same delay tactic: when you request to escalate, salesperson will give your contact to his “manager” Andy who never respond to calls and texts. Requested to speak to company HQ to find out reason for delay but they say it’s against company policy for customer to engage HQ. My husband will be lodging a complaint with CASE.

Be very careful when buying a vehicle from this company as they seem to have financial problem. Fully paid for a car in early January but they still have not perform LTA ownership transfer for more than a month now. Owe me balance of $1000+ after full settlement of my trade in vehicle and remain outstanding despite daily chasers. Salesperson Kelvin and manager Andy cannot get any answers from their head office. Kelvin was a great salesperson to deal with but it’s a pity that he is working for this company. Hope he can find a better job at another dealership.
