★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was helpful and friendly. Room was in a good condition, really clean. We used their pool and it was awesome. Take note they provide 2 complimentary towels, additional towels will have a surcharge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in double deluxe room which felt like a basic room in India but compared to Singapore pricing and standards the room was big enough I must say. Staff was friendly. Hotel location is very good, it's 5-7 min walk from Lavender MRT station and bus stop is right across the street. 10 min walk from Mustafa shopping center. Many eateries and cafes nearby serving Chinese, Indian, Japanese food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swimming pool essentially useless as it closes at 19:00/7pm already. They claim it is because there is no light thus the swimming pool is dangerous to swim in. This is untrue, as the pool is only 1,20m at every point. This makes it impossible to enjoy the swimming pool if you have things to do during the day. To Rest Bugis: THE SWIMMING POOL IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE RELAXATION OF PEOPLE THAT COME BACK AFTER A LONG DAY, UNDERSTAND THAT. UNLOCK THE DOOR ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Swimming pool and jacuzzi was very enjoyable. Thank you Ivy and the rest of hotel staff. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rest Bugis Hotel is a value for money hotel which provides you a space to rest and rejuvenate.
Room is spacious and clean. All the basic facilities are available. Toilet space is just right with shower head facilities. Toothbrush, comb, soap are also provided. Full body length mirror is just outside the toilet. Right outside the toilet, there is a wooden cupboard to hang your clothes. Table is just nice to put your laptop if you are intending to work.
Within the hotel, there is no cafe but there are many nearby eateries to get your food from.
It is walking distance from tourist attractions like Sultan Mosque and shops from Haji Lane. Shopping malls like Textile Centre, Sultan Plaza and City Gate are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location. Close proximity to the local mosque wakes me up a little earlier than I planned; not a deal breaker. Located right between Lavender and Bugis MRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff here have been amazing. They helped me rent a car, check in early, upgrade my room for a very reasonable fee. The cleaners are really friendly with me and my child. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are what you would expect and we also have free parking for the car. Opposite is a great restaurant and a 24 hour 7/11 for emergency things that’s been super useful. Thank you to all the staff for making this trip super!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two nights. Our room was in the ground floor facing the street, so it was a bit noisy. The isolation is bad too as you can hear the movement in the alley and the other rooms.
The room was a bit small but clean, although it should be maintained. I arrived early around 10am and my room was ready and checked in early with no problems.
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It's super accessible with 2 nearby MRT stations and around 5 different Bus stops within walking distance. Great for transportation. A lot of amenities nearby including a 24hr 7eleven besides the hotel.
Overall it's affordable (according to Singapore standards) so I can recommend.
