★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the flexibility that the services can be done online, or face to face. There are 2 places to choose from - Anson Road and Dempsey. Personally, I like Anson more. In terms of services, my counsellor Lauren has been very helpful. I like the approach she uses. Very comforting. No pressure. Strongly recommended!

Lauren patiently uncovered the underlying issues and gave him practical tips on how to better focus and alleviate his anxiety.
