Very helpful team at BuddiesRC! Really appreciate Sarah going the extra mile with helping me solder 18 XT90 connectors. Prices for lipo batteries are very reasonable too. Location is a slight challenge for someone taking public transport but other than that, the service quality more than make up for it. 5 STARS all round!

My journey to BuddiesRC started when I bought a toy RC car for my kid during the Lazada birthday and it ignited my memories of childhood with RC cars. Tamiya, Tyco and even Nikko. One thing led to another and I found myself inside Jensen’s shop. This has got to be one of the best place to get your RC car(s). There are places where you will find good service and products and then there's BuddiesRC, which is levels beyond good. It's literally legendary. This place has the best products, service, after sales advice and community one can imagine. The shop was neat and tidy and well stocked with Traxxas RC cars, trucks and parts and I saw a whole row of Traxxas Sledges which arrived. An indication that there's a long flow of customers who preferred to preorder through BuddiesRC. However, there were also other models for the beginners. It seems that BuddiesRC has a selection that is quite inclusive for the whole family for all ages and I ended up with a Redcat RC MT10e because I wanted to skip the beginner stage and this is one car which exceeded all my expectations. Up to today I am wondering why it can handle so much punishment. Prices at the shop were reasonable. I was expecting to spend a lot more that day and was surprised to find out about the sales and discount offered that season. I appreciate the advice and recommendation. There's a great sense of satisfaction when you come across someone who respects his customers and gives invaluable advice and that can certainly be found at BuddiesRC. As for service, it was immaculate. I was there after lunchtime and Jensen patiently tended to my purchase and questions and all the while I was aware of his unopened lunchbox which he left aside to tend to his customers, even after I left. This speak volumes about how he treats his customers and his commitment. I texted him a couple of times for help after the purchase and he was prompt to assist. I was also invited to community events and outings. All in all, this is a highly recommended place. In fact I would wonder why people are not checking out this place first if they were to be shopping for a bigger ticket item like an RC car. Whether one is going after a higher end product, or on a budget, there's bound to be something BuddiesRC can offer to put a smile on your face.

Jensen is a great person to deal with, extremely friendly and great range of Redcat & Traxxas products price is also very fair. 10/10 will recommend.
