As this is our first time doing renovation, there was a lot that we are unsure of. We went to several IDs for discussion and initial consultation, we were unable to find someone who was able to capture the vibe that we want. Revo Renovation was recommended by a friend and our first meet-up with Fikri, the project manager, was very pleasant. He is eager to hear us out, as well as suggesting ideas that will suit the theme that we are going for. Throughout the whole renovation process, Fikri was very responsible and constantly kept us updated on the progress and schedules of the various sub-contractors. He was also quick to address any of our constant (sometimes annoying haha!) queries and rectify any issues very quickly. Overall, the whole renovation process went on smoothly, despite this extraordinary time where manpower was a big problem for the entire sector. It was indeed a stressful process which was eased with the assurance with the man behind the project. Hands down, would recommend Revo Renovation to everyone, and will also engage them in any of our future projects.
