Ben is an amazing experienced ID that has his own design style. However, he doesnt impose it on us and recommends what is practical and cost efficient. We were quite stressed due to financial constraints but he always gave an alternative to make it more cost efficient which helped alot during our reno. Our communication with him was smooth and he is always open to hear opinions and what we require. Responsible & Responsive, friendly and fun. Most importantly, he is an honest guy that is willing to admit mistakes that were made and calmly rectifies the issue asap. He bridges the gap and mediates between home owners and contractors which is the hardest part during a reno and comes to a compromise so no party loses out. He is a busy guy but he really has the passion for interior design and reno works. He is knowledgeable on small detailed things that we have no clue about. If he doesn't know about something, he will do his own research from his resources and both parties learn along the way. I love the transaprency of his business model, not like other ID companies that lump sum alot of things and hide alot of mark ups and costings. Definitely recommend him to any home owner as long as your willing to communicate with him openly! Most importantly, friends were made throughout the process. It was a wild ride and we hope that his business will blosssom!

We decided to go with Ben as our ID because we felt that he really easy to talk to and super responsive when it comes to getting back to us. Throughout the whole reno process, we could really see his passion and love for interior design and helping home owners find the look that they want for their home. He has a knack for details and is flexible during discussions. He is also patient to explain the reno process to us and help us to break down all the technician stuff that we have no clue about. I remember how Ben proposed to us ideas for our toilets, and it wasn’t something I expected, but I’m really happy I decided to listen to him and go with some Mosaic tiles for my master toilet ! Love the look ? He also helped us to come up with a more open looking concept for our kitchen (while it’s still close-able), and we really love it so much! Also a shoutout to Nic who does all the numbers work behind the scenes ? I would recommend Ben to any home owner !
