If you want to clock cpd, for era agents please come to ria as the rate is cheaper also. $18 for non core and $38 for core. Affordable and the class are enriching.

If I can give ZERO star, I would. RIA staff, Annelyn has been the most terrible staff in RIA. She has been very rude, offensive and mean to an elderly agent who is learning new technolgy during this Covid siutation. Annelyn is someone who does not show the slightest iota of respect and empathy towards others too. She has totally displayed a malicious character to the fullest!!! The agent merely used a different account with different name for a zoom course and due to poor connection, she was logged out on several occasions. Annelyn then texted her and framed her saying that she exited after joining the course and was unable to give her points. Annelyn kept scolding her for the disconnection. Even over a phone conversation, Annelyn hung up on her and the agent had to call her back. Annelyn even scolded the agent, "If you want your points, you better listen to me!!!" This was totally outrageous and absurd. I hope that no other agents or elderly gets treated this way. This is definitely the worst and most upsetting experience anyone can get from RIA.

The trainers are OK But the materials provided are so different from the trainers' slides used during class. When ask for the notes/slides the RIA guy refused to give hard copy only soft copy. Paying so much for the full course and I am expected to print out hundreds of pages notes myself!! This definitely effected my learning experience and caused extra stress for me. I can't take note down or highlight during lesson for important info's. Wow business cost control so bad and want to pass their cost to consumers. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable for me. I regret signed with this school. Please avoid if you are interested in taking up their course.
