★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not tell us students that they’re under investigation with UTAP for the $250 claims (in April) now it’s already august - have been chasing them for an answer on how I can get my claims back. Slow or ignore ur emails, hardly pick up their phone.
Their negligence in this issue could be avoided if they informed students about them being investigated during the sign up.
Now afew students are not able to claim our $250 money back.
Tried to reimburse by saying we can attend 2 revision classes for free or 3 free CPD class lol..... no thank u........
