Good social enterprise but I had a negative experience here. The sign said 2 veg 1 meat $2 (u.p $2.70) for concession card holders, which I had. However after choosing the dishes and when paying, I was told it doesn't apply to me, as I need to show the card BEFORE I order the dishes, and dishes for concession card holders are 'fixed', and elsewhere also like that. I know that was not true as the outlet near my house that i sometimes buy from lets me choose the dishes, and I pay the concession price when I show the card AFTER. Also, what if I didn't like the dishes that they chose? Its not about the money, but principle. 70c is not a big deal. Worst of all is the way the auntie said it. Abit rude plus she mentioned a bunch of irrelevant rubbish that doesn't make sense. Don't get me wrong, this social enterprise, which has other outlets, is still commendable. But this stalls policy is really bizarre. Never heard such a ridiculous policy before. Tbh there wasn't much dishes left to choose when I ordered, and I didn't really fancy the dishes I had no choice but to take, but I thought, 'hey, it's just $2'. Had I known this stall had their weird policy, I would have ordered something from another stall.
