We met up with Alex. Have to proactively propose dates to meet up the first time. Not he propose, but me. I persisted cause he was recommended. When we met up, he said he was going to be late due to an emergency. In the end, the “emergency” was he was still at another client’s house discussing plans. I don’t mind waiting but an hour late is too much. After meeting, comes the chasing for the proposal. After more than 2 weeks of chasing, he said he cannot undertake the project. The never ending process of chasing for past project samples, chasing for punctuality, chasing for quotes and proposals. I think we were the lucky ones that this thing didn’t go through. We then found and worked with another contractor and never had to chase and not once was he late. Stark contrast in terms of humility and professionalism. This organization is probably suitable for individuals who don’t mind chasing things up constantly and don’t mind timelines being extended.

Good renovation experience working with Richfield Integrated. The process was fast supported with very good design proposal and space planning. Price is reasonable after seeing the quality of workmanship done to our home. Very happy with the outcome of our home. Thank you, Alex! =)

Highly recommended, one of the rare one in the industry whom have their own design team, project team, factories, and many workers, etc. Almost all works undertake by their own in-house workers.
