This is our second time engaging Space Factor and again we are wowed by their designs and professionalism. Space Factor designers were able to understand our theme and needs and designed our flat accordingly. On top of that, they managed the entire project very well and were very responsive. Thank you Dolly, Eric, Ya Ting and the entire team for all the hard work! Really appreciate it!

Staff at SF were very professional and patient. They took into consideration my family's preferences and also gave their feedback and professional advice. They were responsive to my questions and were patient for me to make my choices and accommodated to my changes. The team did not just drop the project once it was completed by they did a good job even for all the "little" follow-up which is very important for any renovation projects.

Kudos to Dolly and Yating for the extremely beautiful and highly practical/ functional renovation for my BTO flat. They were very responsive and professional throughout, and exceeded our expectations on many fronts. They also did a fantastic job in coming up with a design that complements the existing fittings from HDB. It was our first time doing home reno and after reaching out to a few IDs, my wife and I settled on Space Factor due to the competitive pricing, superb clarity in quotation, and their ability to understand our requirements without much effort. Even before we committed, Yating went the extra mile to create a draft drawing during our 2nd meeting to help us with the visualization. She was also amazing at managing her contractors and ensuring timeliness and quality while overseeing multiple projects concurrently. With their rich experience and extensive network of suppliers and subcontractors, they were able to value-add by proposing further enhancements to our requirements, and overcome issues/ challenges with ease throughout the entire process. Completion schedule was also met despite CNY celebration and challenges from COVID (e.g. manpower shortage). Look no further if you're a new homeowner looking for an ID. ?

Working with Space Factor since day one has been a good & enriching journey. Jessie is professional, warm and patient in handling all our requests and aiding us through to project completion. I understand there were indeed delays due to the pandemic situation and yet, lots of consistent effort and follow ups were done to ensure the project was completed and that we are happy with our new home. Hope that we can have work again on future projects. Once again, I am truly grateful and a big thank you.

This is a super overdue feedback from us but nonetheless we would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dolly and Mary for their hardwork and professionalism! Thank you for listening to our needs and able to work within our budget.. we are very happy with the final outcome of our house. Just one little issue we had was with the plumber. But it was solved after we called in our own plumber to resolve the issue we had. Other than that, everything else was well done. I really appreciate that we can still contact Dolly for after renovation touch up. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. ??

We are very satisfied Space Factor's customer. After acquiring our keys to our HDB BTO, we chanced upon Space Factor in our Google search. Our first encounter dated March 2021 at Space Factor’s site office, where we were greeted by Dolly. Dolly immediately understood our limited experience as a young couple and first-time owners of a 4-room HDB Flat. Through our first engagement, Dolly had provided us with very useful insights and considerations for our renovation needs at no obligation. We enjoyed the fact Dolly was not pushy and consistent in balancing practicality, aesthetics and our budget. At the end of the session, both Eric and Dolly even offered a ride back home as it was running late, it was a very friendly gesture. We had also obtained 5 more quotations from various Interior Designers (ID) which we assessed based on chemistry level, responsiveness, quality of materials, and price. Through our analysis, quality component for Space Factor is ranked one of the highest. This is partly due to Space Factor having an in-house carpentry which allowed more control and reliability. We deemed this crucial in times of Covid-19 pandemic where manpower crunch and material shortages is to be expected. For pricing, Space Factor ranked in the middle tier. Chemistry and responsiveness on the other hand, played a pivotal role in our decision making. As our daily schedules were pretty hectic, we felt it was important to have good chemistry and rapport with our IDs in coordinating the reno works. Additionally, Space Factor has also proven to be highly responsive to all our queries. Upon confirmation, Mary was assigned to manage our Project. We had provided our mood board which Mary had materialised in her Design simulations very well. Mary had immediately, understood fast to capture the theme we were going with and made proposals on design combinations who came to join and handle our project learned quick and follow up whenever we had questions. Many of our friends and family praised the design of our house. Thank you for making our dream house come true! The team has done an amazing job!

A special shout-out to Jessie, our ID for our 1st home. My husband and I decided to engage SF after having several discussions with Jessie. After talking to a few IDs, we really really appreciate that she took the effort to walk us through patiently and understand what's the home design that we are looking at and essentially propose the designs that close to what we are picturing rather than just show us some general designs before we engage SF. I must say this is not an easy job to picture what is the design that we are looking for based on our rough description. (cause we also not so sure what we want for our first home!) Our home turns out to be what we expecting and we love it so much. ? We would like to take this opportunity to thank you Jessie and her team for giving us such a smooth renovation process for our 1st home.
