Engaged RidPest through a recommendation from a peer for my pest issues at home. All i can say is that they are exceptionally honest, friendly, service orientated, efficient and competent. Most of the issues were settled and no recurrence were found. For those that recurred, constant follow ups advices were given. Ultimately i was able to settle the problems. After sales service is top notch and totally worth every cent i paid. I have never looked at another company ever since engaging them.

Previously my company hired a pest control company which was quite a name for themselves but soon I realised it’s just their big name. They are non responsive, rude & always call after office hours to ask me to give an immediate response. I encounter Ridpest through my friend as our factory faced quite a bad and urgent situation with houseflies that came out of no where all over my level 1 pantry and my office. I text Mr. Dan Dhamaraks (their boss) regarding the situation and almost immediately he call me back & came down with his colleagues to help with our houseflies issue. I was desperately looking for someone to take care of a serious case of bedbugs for my aunt and uncle. I was introduced by someone to Ridpest. They answered my call promptly and the gentleman over the phone, Dan, was very patient and spent quite some time going through the situation with me. As my aunt had several concerns regarding the fumigation, I asked very detailed questions and Dan could answer all of them with ease and used very simple layman terms for me to understand. As I still had to call others to compare prices, I told him I would call him back. At no point did he try to hard sell me or pester me to make a decision. In the end, I was happy that I engaged his services. The workers were punctual, polite and very helpful. They assisted my elderly uncle and auntie in moving their items before the fumigation started. The workers had a keen attention to detail and made sure no stone was left unturned. They also managed to calm my usually anxious auntie down and could deal with her very well. I’m happy to report that after the fumigation and along with Dan’s advice, the house has managed to stay bedbug free! I wouldn’t say that they are the cheapest around but their pricing is competitive and their service is top notch! Thank you Dan and team!
