She also put in additional effort to help us test and see whether the bikes fit into my car boot. More importantly, she help me secure my bikes without having to head back to the outlet again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached the Bukit Batok branch at around 445pm, was overwhelmed by the number of models and colours.
Thanks to staff Michael, who patiently shared the features of the different bike models. After confirming the bike, he ran though with us some aspects of the bike and how to fold in the fastest time.
Left the shop 2 hours later, happy with the service. Thanks Michael.

I noticed he has a heart of customer service and up hold the mobot brand name to ensure I am buying something I am happy and like to use it. That it is useful for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went down to Camp Bicycle at WCEGA plaza yesterday. Bought 2 Royale GT M9 Gold to start our cycling activities. Thanks for the great team in shop, we were really enjoy every thing we did there. Very friendly and knowledgeable team from Sales representative (Stephen) to the technicians, they helped us to select mode, color, making adjustments and testing. There is a big space in the building for good testing ride. We made first ride from shop to home. Although there are some small problem like a screw loosen and a bit difficulty to change gear from 2 to 1. In general we are good with the new bikes. Will test more and back for free service after a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. My visit was mainly to test out the bike only because i wanted to purchase through Lazada. The staff was very willingly to show me the bikes and let me try them out even knowing i wasn't buying immediately. After trying out I am convinced the bike i wanted is great. staff ask why not buy it today he can match the price I saw on Lazada and even throw in bags of freebies. When I saw the freebies how can i say no. bike was newly delivered so they ask me to wait a while as they set it up and tune the bike for me. Bike was well tuned. No regrets coming here.

It was a pleasure meeting Stephen. He is very professional, objective and patience.
I visited Mobot having a few models in mind, but he helped to short list based on my height, riding patterns and size requirements. And budget too.
I'm super happy with my purchase, and not forgetting the fabulous bundle of freebies.
I'm all set to go cos everything is there!
Contrary to some noise about Mobot and the pricing of their bike, I have check with my kaki the specs they offered, its value for money, considering its mid to high end parts I'm getting.
Its good to go and test it out yourself.
