The customer service of Rigel (Brandon) was superb, they provided important advice since we were replacing an existing WC in our resale unit and had to ensure that the new WC would fit properly. They were very responsive and gave me the confidence to purchase, and when we needed help with obtaining a different pan collar, they did so with no questions asked. An extremely enjoyable purchase process and I look forward to enjoying my throne ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i just installed 2 sets of whole piece 9030SA Rigel whirlwash WC for my house. My husband and I were happy and satisfied with their presence and performance. This modern and compact looking WC has the tornado water function to enabe it to use lesser water to flush away waste. The seat cover is also made of robust materials unlike the usualy soft plastic, and it can also be easily removed with a single pressed button for eas of cleaning.
The sales person Hui Shan that attended to me was patient to me and was able to address all my technical queries prior my purchase. Lastly, my plumber also commented that the WC was easy to install.

Jessica foong was handling my purchase and she helped to ensure the water closet I bought fits my house. turns out common toilet distance was not competible. Jessica helped us found a matching one. what gets the 5th star was the details. The products were good, down to the details. the service was good, down to the details. she answered all our questions via WhatsApp, rushes invoice for us and send us late at night. what can I say more? 5 stars.

The showroom experience was lovely to understand the products and Jessica's sharing on the nitty gritty stuffs were impressive as these are often things we missed and failed to plan.
The Technicians were professional and gone the extra mile to test the products for us to ensure they are working well.
Overall service attitude by the team was awesome and have a look at how lovely the products fit into our home. ^__^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You would think that spending more than $600 on a shower system from a renowned brand would get a good solid product and great customer service. Sadly, this was not the case on both fronts. Our plumber and ID demonstrated to us that the shower system was faulty and could not be turned off. Worst still, the only way to stop it was to SWITCH OFF THE MAIN WATER SUPPLY OF MY HOME. How am I suppose to do this when I have my entire family??
