★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience. Incompetent staffs with poor work done if any at all. After taking my money, Rikvin become unresponsive and ignored all my calls and even emails. Regretted engaging their services. Rip off charges too. Stay away from them or you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super helpful and informative in the beginning. After a few months they stopped caring. After a year they missed the government company filing deadlines, despite giving them all the bank transactions and receipts months prior to the deadlines. I guess they prioritise bigger clients. I had to chase them daily for two weeks just so that they file. They had my last review saying the same removed. As an expat and google local guide I am clearly a legit reviewer. If you remove my review again for invalid reasons I will report you to google.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience! This company Rikvin has ripped off charges too. Very unsatisfactory from the start to now. After taking my money for striking off my company, we did not get a response from them. Emails were not replied, and somehow the phone always get disconnected. Staffs are always changing hands from one to another, and they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Incompetent staffs at an unreliable company. It had been more than 1 year now and work are still not completed by Rikvin. Now I need to find another company to do our secretarial and related work due to non-performance by Rikvin. A very unprofessional and unreliable firm. Rikvin cannot be trusted. I will never recommend them to anyone.
