Jason was really knowledgeable, albeit spoke rather quickly, and even asked me to return 2 weeks later to check-in on my piercing! The shop was somewhat easy to find but strongly advised to call and make an appointment before coming.

The piercer, I believe is Jason, was very professional and experienced. He made sure I was ok before, during, and after. I'll definitely come back again for more piercings. Their prices are also on the lower side. Highly recommended!

I was a nervous wreck but Jason was incredibly patient and informative. I also got detailed aftercare instructions, a bottle of saline solution, and an offer to come back for follow-up/review. Slight down side was that you had to be alone in the piercing station for hygiene reasons (so any moral support you bring along has to stay out by the couch) but otherwise I think it was all good. Still healing but quite happy with the experience.

The general price range for piercings is SGD 35-60, which is really reasonable especially compared to other places. Jason was so helpful and took the time to recommend what piercing would or would not work. Very professional and clean service, with new gloves and needle. It was reassuring to see this level of hygiene and customer care. He advised me on aftercare for the piercing and gave some instructions. Jason has clearly worked with international clients so I’d recommend anyone visiting Singapore to get a piercing done at Rise Above Tattoo & Piercing.
S	S Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 16 year old for her first ear piercing after researching that needle piercing is less traumatic (to the ear lobe) than gun piercing. Indeed it is. The process may be longer, but the outcome is much cleaner, “calmer”: minimal redness, healing process was easier. Jason explained the process, made sure that we were happy with marking positions before piercing. The instruments were kept in autoclave machine to ensure sterility. Highly recommended if your child has low pain threshold and nervous about piercing.

(I’ve had it pierced 2 other times at different studios but removed the piercing both times as it did not heal properly.) I asked Jason loads of questions and he patiently answered all of them…so I felt comfortable getting pierced by him. Jason was very professional through the process, he explained everything, showed me all the tools including needle still in their packaging, and explained aftercare to me. He even asked me to come back in 2 weeks to check on the healing of the piercing, free of charge! The whole process took maybe 15-20 minutes. Would highly recommend Jason and Rise Above for your piercings.

I wasn't expecting to get a booking but they asked me to wait, 15 mins later i got my piercing and was out again. Jason was very informative of the aftercare my piercing needed, very professional in the way he dealt with paperwork and the piercing itself. He also talked me through what he was doing with the needle and the markings which gave me reassurance. Thank you a pleasant experience!! would recommend. also good price compared to a lot of other places.
