★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my tongue piercing done! wendy was nice to explain all after care and to to be gentle as i was quite nervous. pain rating 3/10. just quite uncomfortable for the barbell being in your mouth for the first few days

I did industrial piercing and was my first time doing such an intense piercing. Tons of TLC and distraction.
The joke of the day was when Wendy asked if I am "O". I heard it as "old" and asked if 40 years old was considered "old"?
Her reply was " I meant O blood type. Because the blood will be thicker".. was definitely a huge distraction moment.
Lots of selections of studs and design to choose from. I heard the shop have been there for decades and many friends had patronised them before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had our rook piercing last Saturday. Kudos to Chris for welcoming us at the shop though we don’t have any plans to have our ear pierced that day. And to Wendy who did our piercing, she was so kind and kept us calm through out process.

Waited about 15 minutes.
Front desk lady was okay, a little curt, but I understand the stress of running a store—it ain’t easy.
Other lady pierced my ears. Not sure what her name is, but she took great care in doing so, always asking if I was okay. She also gave clear instructions on taking care of the two holes in my ears.
Total for two ears pierced is $70.
Pros:
- polite service
- nice vibe (store aesthetic is cool)
Cons:
- Store is small so walking space is limited but hey, it is SG, rental space ain’t cheap…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a conch piercing here just 2 days ago. Wendy was very friendly, assuring and was super fast. I was originally worried about the pain but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t as painful as I’d thought it’ll be. It was completely bearable. The price is a bit high but given there was minimal pain and healing fine over the next few days, i would recommend this place for piercings.
