I'm glad that I sent my iMac to this RM Computer Service as it works perfectly fine as new iMac now. The owner was very friendly and patient over texts. Highly recommended.

They were able to identify the issue quickly and fixed the issue later that same night! 2) Second time, i asked if they were able to help me recover the data in my portable HDD, after a reputable data recovery company was unable to recover after a year of attempts. RM Computer contacted me after 2 months, and surprised me by recovering almost all the data in the HDD! Highly recommend this place!

A portion of my laptop screen was turning black and I contacted many shops and always received the same response that they must see the laptop first and I must wait for the spare screen to arrive before they can fix it. Some computer shops even give a mind boggling response that the whole process can take up to 2 weeks ????!!!!!!! HOWEVER, after seeing RM Computer Services' website, I contacted them and RM Computer Services showed them the CORRECT way of doing Computer Repair Business : By having an ample supply of laptop spare parts and being able to finish the repair of the laptop within the SAME working day. I went to RM Computer Services earlier in the afternoon and after a couple of hours, my laptop screen has been repaired. I am very Satisfied by their high efficiency and professionalism. The owner Mr Rizvi is knowledgeable and passionate in his trade. He is connected to some spare parts network which means the repair can be done quite efficiently! No wonder he gets so many happy customers, including me! Originally from Sri Lanka, he seems to be the sole breadwinner of his family, so do support him!
