★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was introduced by my hubby’s friend and got to know DR. IT when my son started to notice his laptop’s battery was bloated. As the warranty for the laptop’s battery has expired and Lenovo service Centre needs 7 days to check the price in order to quote us and further needs another 3-5 days to get the battery fixed. I was in a dire position as my son is studying Cyer security in his first year at SP and he will need his laptop everyday. On approaching DR. IT on Thursday evening, Ivan was very efficient in determine what was the problem and he was fast in ordering the laptop battery for the replacement. My son got his battery fixed less than an hour and the battery arrived on Monday afternoon (less than 2 working days). I was very impressed with their service and the price we paid was reasonable. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs “fast & furious” repairs, please look for DR. IT. I am sure you will not be disappointed with their service as they have excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After more than a year of sending my PC back and forth to Dreamcore (where i bought my PC) to fix it, i finally gave up. Whole year of emails and phone calls and waiting did not fix the problem of the PC constantly crashing.
Luckily i manage to find DR.IT , Darren (sorry if i get your name wrong) is so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He manage to diagnose the issue in 15 mins and fixed the PC in under an hour.
A whole year of frustration and anxiety gone in one hour. On top of that, their price is very reasonable.

He also explicitly stated the costs for servicing and any upgrades before you decide, with advice on what are the most cost effective options he would choose. He even went the extra mile by suggesting I buy sandpaper and spray paint to fix the rusted fan covers as well as helped work on it together. There is a wealth of experience available that you can tap on by just asking - whether it be you wanting to buy a new part or peripherals or general maintenance advice. 10/10 would recommend
