★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roasted Meats nicely done Hong Kong style. They roast within their premises in a huge roaster oven. Their roast duck and char siew (barbecued pork) is fantastic, and they also do roast crackling pork (siew yoke) and soy sauce chicken (see yau kai). They do 2 batches of roasting - one in the morning before they open and one in the late afternoon. They are proud of their slow-roasted glossy char siew, which is roasted on slow fire for over an hour, resulting in tender, juicy meat.
