★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 7.6.21 I spoke to the lady receptionist at tel no. 62729200 about my faulty Accu-Check Performa Meter and she advised me to login to LazMall to exchange for new one after buying 2 boxes of test stripes. Upon delivery, I have to use the enclosed package to send back my faulty meter. However, I searched LazMall and couldn't find the relevant info. Hence, this morning, I called the same tel numbers again and Mdm Alice answered my call. She explained the procedures to me clearly and arranged for me to exchange my faulty meter at KTPH between 2 to 4pm today. I was heartening to receive an excellent services from her. She will also alerted her colleague there to expect my arrival. She has demonstrated herprofessionalism and took the extra mile to ensure my issue is happily resolved! So,l wish to complement her for a Good Work Done! Keep it Up! Thank you so much ??
