โ โ โ โ โ Honestly, their food cannot make it. You Tiao and butterfly is so doughy. Texture is weird :/
Only saving grace was their beancurd.

โ โ โ โ โ Best supper food after night cycling. Nostalgic, cheap and fulfilling! Everything cost less than 12 bucks.
A pity they dun have the โshao baoโ that the Geylang store sell. Thatโs was pretty good one shao bao in sg.

โ โ โ โ โ Rochor Original Beancurd is located at an unique area that's near Peace Centre.
It's a place where many would love to have supper at. Beancurd are fresh and their fried dough (youtiao), butterfly and salted bun are also yummy to go along with hot soya bean drink.
The first level is open air and gives a feeling of the olden times where seats are located along the back alley. The second level is air conditioned and more well lighted.
Due to the business being relatively good, you need to know what you want to order.
Takeaway is also possible for those who drive to stop at the side of the road while waiting.

โ โ โ โ โ The old school OG bean curd / taohuey! 2 cold taohueys, butterfly bun and you tiao cost $5.40. Very affordable and nostalgic old taste :) only down side is seating downstairs is by the road side, and seating upstairs is somewhat limited.

โ โ โ โ โ Paisei for the ugly pictures. The taste is still great as ever. Slowly taste the beancurd to enjoy.
Beancurd is still soft and milky/creamy and great. Curry puff skin good and curry puffs still have some Indian curry herbs inside.

โ โ โ โ โ Great tasting beancurd. One of the smoothest beancurd I have tasted. Yummy.
Tried the other Chinese pastries, tasted good.
Price was reasonable.
There would be a steady flow of customers. And thankfully, the store wasnโt too crowded.
It opened everyday including weekend and holidays, clearly showed the popularity of the store.
Strongly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Although silky smooth is expected but still need to compliment as nowadays it is difficult to maintain standard on each bowl every outlet. So better come to the original. The only thing I forgot is to ask for less sweet. Overall is yummy. They have other pastry & bakes along If you feel like to munch on more.

โ โ โ โ โ Hesitant to get it since we had quite a filling dinner, but went ahead since itโs quite a famous store.
? soy bean was great, it doesnโt have the sticky lingering feeling that some processed ones have - a defining factor for how I rate my soy bean drinks.
Egg tart was awesome too, crusty skin and flavourful egg custard for $1.80.
Will definitely return for more! ??
