I think the owner has zero knowledge about running a business or they are just totally bochap.. I know COVID is a trying time for business but they should have basic business ethics to customers. I saved a wasted trip down to the shop in July-August period when the shop closed for operations due to COVID. That was because I saw a photo contributed here informing about the closure. I would not have found out as there was no way to contact them, not even by phone. I googled and could not find any business page by them where customers could get any updates. Hence, to my frustration, I found out the shop is closed again today when I visited. The security guards informed that they have been closed for at least 2 weeks and there is no information provided by them. This is a horrible way to run the business. It shows they are not responsible and can't be bothered. However, I see that they are still selling their vouchers online to uninformed customers.
