I will never ever take any services from ROOMA as my first experience is very bad. They came on time, that i appreciate. I told the supervisor about the task to be done with 2 priorities, 1st is fridge and 2nd is a door without the stopper where we kept the stool to be careful of the POP wall it might break. As urban company says SIT BACK AND RELAX PROFESSIONALS WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. I was watching everything done and after an hour when I check toilets not clean properly the supervisor uncle said we cannot do properly like this only URBAN COMPANY should tell us about the work and send more people. I checked the fridge and it was very dirty, i myself started cleaning again with the cloth and the supervisor was ok with that. Will i be paid for cleaning my fridge , microwave and oven as it was badly done. When i told uncle about the cabinets dusty he was very rude that it is done and literally shouted on me. When one of the girls saw that she was saying not cleaned all dusty. And finally the supervisor uncle broke the wall I told them to be careful off. And I told each and everyone be careful be careful... 5 times... At last that uncle banged the door and broke it... I told him he told talk to urban company. Then I asked my husband to come quickly, then I asked him to check all the work he saw few cabinets not touched even he made him do .... WHAT DO YOU WANT TO SHOW FEMALE IS S THERE SO YOU CAN YELL, A MALE TELLING YOU TO DO MEANS YOU ARE OK? 3rd toilet no one cleaned and still he was shouting all done all done.... worst experience I have to be there all time very tiring and stressful.... Don't ever go for URBAN COMPANY and if you go Don't ever agree with ROOMA CLEANING SERVICES as your professionals.
