★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jay is superb ! Great service, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and really serve with a heart ! He solved my headache problem which is a good mattress for my 78 year old mother that every morning wakes up with a backache due to nerve problem in her old mattresses that I keep changing to suit her and always failed.....finally ! Jay recommended a good mattress that after 2 months sleeping on the new mattress, my mother wakes up with no more pain and the mattress is safer for her to get down the bed just like what Jay told me. The bedframe base is very solid! Thank you Jay!
