โ โ โ โ โ EXTREMELY PUSHY for asking customer to sign package when i stand firm that i am not keen to buy any , before leaving the salon, kept trying very hard to brainwash me, i will not fall for it please. Try harder yea . will never recommend anyone to even come and try, and still kept pestering me to write good review after i reject the lady in big size. Beware of her.

โ โ โ โ โ Roots Care @Citygate has professional & skilful consultants. The products they use are of quality & the shampoo has essential oil which is very relaxing.
Head/scalp massage is great & a good varieties of hair & scalp services to choose from. This returns satisfying results ... my hair volume seems thicker after 3 mths.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice ambience and approachable owner. She is very professional in sharing and really cares on customer scalp condition. I strongly recommend everyone to get consult and try on the meridian head spa treatment! It was truly a very relaxing and soothing session.
I have really serious dandruff, eczema and bad sleeping condition, I feel that after treatment on that night I started to feeling asleep very much earlier and slept soundly. My scalp was not itchy for the next few days!
Thanks so much for recommending this treatment to me!

โ โ โ โ โ Visited yesterday after noticing the promo on fave. Slept very well that night after Meridien massage.
Originally skeptical because of the โanalysisโ component as part of package. But analysis was very factual and based on general science. Pearlyn was very professional and doesnโt hard sell. Meridien massage was good. Only negative thing is probably the equipment. The continuous jet of herbal spray would makes breathing very stuffy after 10 mins due to steam build up within the enclosure. Equipment sound is quite noisy. So unable to relax when massage stops. But overall thumbs up

โ โ โ โ โ Itโs been a really good experience. Emily and Pearly are detailed, thorough and professional, and the ambience is relaxing and therapeutic.
I was given detailed and fair advice about the condition of my hair and was recommended a customized infra-ted treatment along with their meridian spa treatment. I was able to see less hairfall within a week! Looking forward to coming sessions.
