โ โ โ โ โ Tried this place using a fave voucher. Service was okay but here are the issues I encountered:
- combs were reused between customers without cleaning.
- proper hair wash uses fingertips to apply pressure but staff uses finger NAILS to "scrub" scalps.
- not knowledgeable about hair colours. Requested for regular brown and took the stylist's suggestion to apply dark brown to cover my bright ends. Too much dark brown was used and my ends are no darker than my roots.
That said the staff was friendly throughout the entire experience perhaps just a lack of knowledge.
