★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were doing direct hire of a maid from the Philippines. Roots Employment Consultancy is supposed to assist us to bring in the maid only after we receive the IPA but Dawn the MD helped us with our application at MOM whenever we have a problem.
Very helpful, caring and professional!
Best thing is her fees are reasonable and does not require the maid to forfeit her salary for many months.
