β β β β β This is probably the best Thai restaurant in SG I've had. Coming from a Thai Perspective and from a person who loves to cook.
We ordered
1.Crab Meat Curry ($18.90) which is hard to find in SG. The taste and texture was on point. Spiciness level was just right.
2. Som Tam Moo Yor, ($12.90)I ordered custome Somtom to my liking which is Papaya salad with Vietnamese spam.
This is the best somtam I had in years. Papaya was fresh and crunchy. The Fermented fish sauce they use was so tasty and clean.
3. Kao pad Nam prik long rue (12.90)$(Thai Sambal fried rice) was delicious and the prawn paste Sambal was really good.
4. Stuff chicken wings, I'm not really a big fan but it was good.
Price: about 20- 30% more expensive than usual Thai restaurant. But to me, I don't eat out everyday. And I love to go to places with quality and complex dishes. I'll pay for the quality they serve.
Payment: Cash or Paynow
Will come back to try other dishes for sure.

β β β β β Itβs 5* based on potential. The food that too way too long to come was actually really good. Crab curry noodle dish was exemplary. Drinks were too sweet for us, but youβre coming here for really good Thai food. Get the off menu pork skewers. WOW

β β β β β I observed a few customers speaking in Thai and realized this was the signal to double down on lunch. Ordered a crab meat fried rice and it totally blew my mind away. The crab meat was so fresh! Even better, no GST or service charge.

β β β β β Had a very good meal. As a group of three, we ordered the fried chicken basket, traditional tom yum, pad thai, shrimp paste fried rice, crab omelette. All delicious. Fried chicken basket had well fried meaty chicken bits. Wonderful with the sauces. The Tom Yum was medium spiced and was excellent. Rich, coconutty and flavourful with five large prawns in their shells. Shrimp paste rice was deceptively spicy. I found it ok but my friends were not expecting the heat. Came with three large prawns. The crab omelette is a typical super-beaten fluffy Thai omelette that soaks up the oil it's deep fried in. It had ample crab meat scattered on top. The pad thai was excellent, with all three sweet, sour and spicy flavours in the right balance. More prawns added here - we were quite surprised at how generous Ros Lamul is with their prawns, haha. We had two large Chang beers and the meal came up to $109. Cash, PayNow and Paylah only. No cards.

β β β β β This cosy small eatery located along the same stretch as Tanjong Rhu Pau, surprisingly it was packed with customers on a Sunday afternoon.
Do be prepared to wait as the restuarant has takeouts to manage, waiting time approximately 20 mins.
Pricing wise: itβs 20% higher however the portion size is also 20-30% bigger with better presentation too!
We opted for less spicy for all dishes, not sure if this is the reason why the dishes are all on the sweeter side.

β β β β β Wow! Great Thai food indeed! Situated in a quiet spot, this restaurant deserves a special spotlight to highlight how well they do Thai food!
It was a rainy day so the Tom Yum Soup was a great option - Hearty, creamy, and not overly sweet. Ingredients volume make this dish value for the money, especially when they're serving 5 fresh prawns partially de-shelled for the diner's convenience!
The Fried Garlic Pork was a flavour bomb, and the Moo Ping(BBQ pork skewers) was tender and lightly glazed with a sweet sauce. We could not pick a favourite between these 2 as they were both really great dishes in terms of flavour and texture.
Also, for the first time in a long time, we finally can taste the difference between the Thai ice milk tea VS Thai ice green tea.
Total bill for this visit was $41 after taxes. MUST go try - I'm definitely going back for more.
Edit: already been back for a 2nd visit and dining experience remains fantastic as described above.

β β β β β Usually the best don't say they are the best and when you put there "Best Thai Restaurant in Singapore" , it sets high expectations for others...
Positives first, the Thai Iced Milk Tea is so far one of the most original and best we tried as the sweetness and thickness is just nice. The Crab Omelette was also good. Portions are also generous and it is also nice that this restaurant does not charge service charge but bill is not cheap to begin with.
However, the rest can be summed up when I feedback to the server that the Lemongrass was too sweet and asked for them to add some water and the lady's reply was simply we have to order a bottle of water for it.. Common Thai staple, Fried Basil Chicken was too dry. The boat noodles was average with a unique or rather slightly strange herb taste.
They only accept cash and paynow. In my opinion, the self imposed tag is unfortunately rather overrated. Personally experienced better food and service in similar price category in Singapore.
