s	sorping lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying at Ros at the Novena outlet. Bought a dress & 2 tops in one go. Was attracted to the colour of the dress and also its simple design. Usually I do not buy display pieces. Its through patrionising their shop, then I found out that their quantities are very very limited for each size. Since I really like those items very much, I decided to buy them in the end, even though they are display pieces. I was served by Gina, who helped me check out other outlets and got them transferred over to Novena, so I got to try out the size and colour first before I decide on the right size to purchase. There is a noticeable flaw in an area for the dress, she also offered to send it to their tailor to fix it for me, before collecting payment for me. Thanks for the wonderful service. Will patronise their shop again. Meanwhile, I had booked an appointment for their personal body styling session. Looking forward to it!

Heartfelt thanks to Gina for regularly keeping me updated on the offers and finding sizes from other branches. Because of the excellent service, this outlet has become one of my regular shopping choices.

I did not purchase right away as I was unsure if the recipient would like it. Susan was not angry but advised me to check with wearer first. Subsequently, I returned to buy the blouse. It has an interesting concept of Personality and Body Styling Analysis which had attracted me to drop by the shop. When I arrived at the shop, I were greeted by a friendly fashion consultant , Careen. She did the analysis and explained my PBS. I had so much fun trying out the style n look that suit me . There were no pressure In purchasing despite me trying countless pieces. CAREEN 'S recommendation n comments were genuine . I bought what I like and look best in it. The service is excellent .. thank you Careen for your amiable excellent service .
