โ โ โ โ โ Very terrible.. Unfriendly Staff. This particular staff from your shop was
NOT being friendly when my i visited Nanyang Optical at parkway parade this afternoon. I was discussing with my sister whether which spectacles are more suitable for me, this female staff who was wearing a 'black' shirt approximately 40-50 Year Old came by and stood beside us silently, initially, i thought it was just her job as a retail assistant, i looked at her with a smile and wanted to ask her something. Apparently, she doesn't seem friendly to me as she doesn't have any smile on her face despite that, she gave me an annoyed facial expression as if the shop do not welcome window shopper. However if this attitude continues, it may cause unhappiness to other 'prospective' customers in future.

โ โ โ โ โ Walked in to only enquire about contact lens, as I was interested to buy from them but the older lady wearing glasses wasn't very helpful nor friendly. She doesn't quite know her stuff either, as she wasn't even sure what brand they have. But due to the attitude of this lady alone, I now have absolutely no interest to give them any business.

โ โ โ โ โ My contact lens had torn and split in my eye a few days ago. While i managed to remove it, some discomfort in my eye remained. Decided to get my eye checked but as my usual optician was closed, i popped into Nanyang Optical at Parkway Parade. The service i received was excellent, and the eye checkup was very careful and thorough and they did not even charge me for it.
